Product Introduction:
The Disc-Lock Scaffolding is divided into the 48 system and the 60 system, consisting primarily of vertical poles, horizontal bars, diagonal braces, base plates, standard base plates, top braces, etc. The vertical poles are welded with circular discs, which have eight holes - four small ones for horizontal bars and four large ones for diagonal braces.
Both the horizontal bars and diagonal braces adopt pin-type connections, ensuring a secure connection with the vertical poles. The joints of the horizontal bars and diagonal braces are specially designed with a curved surface to fit the steel pipe of the vertical poles, providing full contact. After tightening the pins, the structure is firmly secured with three-point support, enhancing structural strength and transmitting horizontal forces.
When the pins are tightened, the upper and lower surfaces of the joint are in close contact with the body of the vertical pole, allowing the horizontal bar to transmit force or moment from the vertical pole. If there is vibration transmitted from top to bottom, due to the tight connection between the joint and the pole body, the vibration can be transmitted downwards to the ground. The vibration received by the pins can be greatly reduced, preventing the pins from bouncing off, as shown in the diagram below.
