Production Process

1.Single Ply Gluing: Applying adhesive to individual plywood sheets.

2.board laying: Arranging the glued plywood sheets in a specific order.

3.Cold Pressing: Applying high pressure to the plywood assembly.

4.Film-coating and Hot Pressing: Covering the plywood with a protective film and subjecting it to heat and pressure.

5.Quality Inspection: Checking the finished plywood for any defects or imperfections.

6.Edge Trimming: Trimming the edges of the plywood to ensure uniformity.

7.Surface Waterproof Treatment: Applying waterproofing treatment to the cut surfaces.
