The Film-Faced plywood, also known as the water-clear formwork, is a high-quality wood formwork commonly used in the construction industry, applied in environments such as bridges, subways, shopping malls, factories, and mid-to-high-rise buildings.

LionLin Five-Star Film-Faced plywood is made from premium pine veneer, paired with carefully selected first-grade eucalyptus and pine cores. Each layer of the board is glued together and formed twice, ensuring there are no voids when sawn. Compared to most Film-Faced plywood on the market, LionLin Five-Star architectural formwork offer significant quality advantages. With the addition of pine cores, the overall toughness and flatness of the board surface are improved, making it suitable for large-area board platform construction, reducing the need for repeated dismantling, thus saving material costs and a significant amount of labor costs.

Production Process:

1.Single Ply Gluing: Applying adhesive to individual plywood sheets.

2.board laying: Arranging the glued plywood sheets in a specific order.

3.Pre-pressing: Subjecting the arranged plywood to preliminary pressure.

4.Cold Pressing: Applying high pressure to the plywood assembly.

5.Film-coating and Hot Pressing: Covering the plywood with a protective film and subjecting it to heat and pressure.

6.Quality Inspection: Checking the finished plywood for any defects or imperfections.

7.Edge Trimming: Trimming the edges of the plywood to ensure uniformity.

8.Surface Waterproof Treatment: Applying waterproofing treatment to the cut surfaces.

However, in projects like bridge construction, where demolding cycles are longer, the reuse times may be relatively reduced.

Delivery Timeframe:

Starting from the date of deposit payment, delivery to designated locations in Singapore can be completed in about 12-20 days.
